Service description
FlowLegalPartners operates as an attorney advertising and marketing platform. We serve three roles: (1) we maintain a directory of attorneys and law firms with SEO-optimized marketing pages, (2) we create and manage advertising campaigns (including Google Ads) on behalf of participating attorneys, and (3) we operate intake forms that collect information about your legal needs and deliver it to attorneys in our network who pay for advertising placement.
Specifically, we provide the following services:
- Collect information about your legal needs through practice-area-specific intake forms
- Show you attorneys in our network based on practice area, location, and case characteristics
- Enable you to contact attorneys in our network
- Maintain attorney and firm marketing pages that display attorney-provided profile information
- Create and manage advertising campaigns on behalf of participating attorneys, including Google Performance Max campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Gmail, Maps, and Discover
No attorney-client relationship
Using our website does NOT create an attorney-client relationship with FlowLegalPartners or any attorney in our network. An attorney-client relationship is only formed when:
- You directly contact and retain a specific attorney
- The attorney agrees to represent you
- You sign a written retainer agreement with that attorney
- Any required fees or retainers are paid
Do not send confidential information through our website until you have established an attorney-client relationship with a specific attorney.
Communication consent and TCPA compliance
By providing your contact information and submitting a request through our platform, you provide express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) and applicable state telemarketing laws to receive communications from FlowLegalPartners, our service providers, and attorneys in our network who may be able to assist with your legal matter.
These communications may include phone calls (including automated or prerecorded messages), text messages (SMS), emails, and voicemails. Email communications are sent in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 7701–7713).
Your rights:
- You may revoke consent at any time by replying “STOP” to texts, unsubscribing from emails, or contacting us directly
- You can request to be placed on our internal do-not-call list
- Message and data rates may apply for SMS communications
- Consent is not a condition of purchasing any services or receiving a referral
- You may contact us at privacy@flowlegalpartners.com to exercise any of these rights
Attorney advertising disclosure
ATTORNEY ADVERTISING. This website contains attorney advertising as defined under applicable state bar advertising rules, including ABA Model Rules 7.1–7.5 as adopted in each state. The content on attorney and firm marketing pages, including practice area descriptions, case results, and other profile information, is provided by the participating attorneys or generated by FlowLegalPartners based on attorney-provided data.
Attorneys in our network pay fees to participate in our lead generation and advertising services, including managed Google Ads campaigns, directory listings, and pay-per-lead services. FlowLegalPartners creates and manages advertising campaigns on behalf of participating attorneys using information from their profiles. This payment structure does not guarantee that any attorney will accept your case and does not create any endorsement or recommendation of specific attorneys.
Where case results or outcome metrics are displayed on attorney or firm pages (such as amounts recovered, cases settled, or charges resolved), these figures are provided by the attorney and represent past results. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Every legal matter is unique and outcomes depend on many factors specific to the individual case.
The choice of an attorney is an important decision and should not be based solely upon advertisements. You should independently research attorneys' qualifications, experience, and disciplinary history with the applicable state bar association before making a decision.
Attorney network
Attorneys in our network represent that they are licensed in their respective states. You should verify an attorney's license status with the appropriate state bar association before engaging their services.
State bar directories: Minnesota, California, Texas, Florida, Colorado, Nevada, North Carolina, Arizona, Georgia, New York.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your legal matter
- Update us if any information changes significantly
- Not misrepresent the facts of your case or your identity
- Use our services only for legitimate legal needs
FlowLegalPartners is not responsible for any consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information you provide.
Privacy and data protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect information necessary for our directory services, share case information with potential attorneys, implement security measures to protect your data, and respect your privacy rights under applicable laws.
You can exercise your privacy rights through our Consumer Privacy Rights Portal.
Service limitations and disclaimers
FlowLegalPartners provides its platform and services “as is” under Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 45). We do not guarantee:
- That any attorney will accept your case
- The quality or outcome of any legal services provided by attorneys in our network
- That any attorney in our network is the best choice for your specific legal needs

Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Every legal matter is unique and results depend on facts and circumstances specific to each case. Case results, amounts recovered, and other outcome metrics displayed on this website represent past performance only and should not be construed as a prediction or guarantee of future results.
You should independently verify attorneys' qualifications, disciplinary history, and suitability for your legal matter through your state bar association before engaging their services.

Pro bono intake services
FlowLegalPartners maintains a pro bono attorney directory that connects consumers with attorneys who volunteer to provide free legal services. When you submit a pro bono intake form, you agree to the following:
- We collect your name, contact information, legal issue description, household size, and income bracket to facilitate your request
- Your information is shared with the attorney you select from the pro bono directory — we never assign or recommend a specific attorney
- There are no fees charged to you for using the pro bono intake service
- Attorneys in the pro bono directory participate voluntarily and are not paid by FlowLegalPartners for accepting pro bono cases
Submitting a pro bono intake form does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is only formed when you and the attorney mutually agree to representation and sign a retainer agreement.
Income self-reporting
Our pro bono intake process may ask you to provide household income information to help determine eligibility for free legal services. You acknowledge that:
- Income information you provide is self-reported and not verified by FlowLegalPartners
- Income eligibility calculations based on Federal Poverty Level (FPL) guidelines are performed entirely in your browser — no income data is sent to our servers during the calculation
- Only your resulting income bracket (e.g., “below 200% FPL”) is included with your intake submission, not your exact income figure
- You are responsible for providing truthful income information
Attorneys may independently verify income eligibility as part of their case acceptance process. Meeting an income threshold does not guarantee you will receive free legal services.
AI chatbot disclaimer
FlowLegalPartners may offer an AI-powered chatbot to help you navigate the platform and understand general legal topics. By using the chatbot, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The chatbot provides general information only and does not provide legal advice
- The chatbot is not a lawyer and cannot tell you what to do about your specific legal situation
- No attorney-client relationship is created through chatbot interactions
- Chatbot responses are generated by third-party artificial intelligence technology and may contain errors or inaccuracies
- Chatbot conversations may be logged for quality assurance and compliance monitoring, with logs retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted
- Chatbot conversation data is not shared with attorneys in our network
For advice about your specific legal situation, you should consult a licensed attorney. You can browse attorneys in our network through our Find a Lawyer page.
No guarantee of representation
FlowLegalPartners does not guarantee that any attorney will agree to represent you. You acknowledge that:
- Attorneys in our network, including pro bono volunteers, participate voluntarily and accept cases at their sole discretion
- Submitting an intake form or contacting an attorney through our platform does not obligate any attorney to take your case
- You are free to choose any attorney and are under no obligation to retain an attorney you contact through our platform
- FlowLegalPartners does not evaluate, endorse, or recommend any particular attorney for your case
If you are unable to find representation through our platform, we encourage you to contact your local bar association's lawyer referral service or a legal aid organization in your area.
