2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Using our website does NOT create an attorney-client relationship with FlowLegalPartners or any attorney in our network. An attorney-client relationship is only formed when:

1. You directly contact and retain a specific attorney
2. The attorney agrees to represent you
3. You sign a written retainer agreement with that attorney
4. Any required fees or retainers are paid

3. Communication Consent and TCPA Compliance

By providing your contact information and submitting a request through our platform, you provide express written consent to receive communications from:

• FlowLegalPartners and our service providers
• Attorneys in our network who may be able to assist with your legal matter
• Third-party services that help facilitate attorney-client communications

Types of Communications:

• Phone calls (including automated/prerecorded messages)
• Text messages (SMS)
• Emails
• Voicemails

4. Attorney Advertising Disclosure

This website contains attorney advertising. Attorneys in our network pay fees to participate in our lead generation and advertising service. This payment structure:

• Does not influence our matching algorithms or recommendations
• Does not guarantee that any attorney will accept your case
• Does not create any endorsement or recommendation of specific attorneys
• Is fully disclosed to maintain transparency

5. Attorney Network

Attorneys in our network represent that they are licensed in their respective states. We recommend you verify an attorney's license status with the appropriate state bar association before engaging their services:

9. Limitation of Liability
