California Terms of Service

Last updated December 22, 2025

As a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (effective January 1, 2020 (CCPA) / January 1, 2023 (CPRA)). This page supplements our general Terms of Service with California-specific protections.

FlowLegalPartners (“FlowLegalPartners,” “we,” “us” or “our”) operates as an attorney advertising and marketing platform. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by using our website. This website contains attorney advertising.

Service description

FlowLegalPartners operates as an attorney advertising and marketing platform. We maintain attorney and firm marketing pages, create and manage advertising campaigns on behalf of participating attorneys, and operate intake forms that collect information about your legal needs and deliver it to attorneys in our network who pay for advertising placement.

We provide the following services:

  • Collect information about your legal needs
  • Show you attorneys in our network based on practice area and location
  • Enable you to contact attorneys in our network
  • Provide a platform for attorney advertising and client acquisition

No attorney-client relationship

Using our website does NOT create an attorney-client relationship with FlowLegalPartners or any attorney in our network. An attorney-client relationship is only formed when:

  1. You directly contact and retain a specific attorney
  2. The attorney agrees to represent you
  3. You sign a written retainer agreement with that attorney
  4. Any required fees or retainers are paid

Do not send confidential information through our website until you have established an attorney-client relationship with a specific attorney.

Attorney advertising disclosure

This website contains attorney advertising. Attorneys in our network pay fees to participate in our directory and advertising services. This payment structure does not guarantee that any attorney will accept your case and does not create any endorsement or recommendation of specific attorneys.

The choice of an attorney is an important decision and should not be based solely upon advertisements. You should research attorneys' qualifications, experience, and track record before making a decision.

Attorney network

Attorneys in our network represent that they are licensed in their respective states. You should verify an attorney's license status with the State Bar of California before engaging their services.
