New Hampshire Judicial Branch — Bar Admissions
Four paths to admission: bar examination (UBE), motion without examination, transferred UBE score, or the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program. UBE minimum passing score of 270; MPRE score of 79 required.
New Hampshire Bar Examination
Two-day UBE administered in February and July. Application fee of $995. UBE scores transferable within 3 years (or up to 5 years with 2+ years of active practice in another jurisdiction).

Active attorneys must complete 12 hours (720 minutes) of CLE per year, including 2 hours in ethics or professionalism. Reporting period: June 1 through May 31. Up to 12 hours of excess credits carry over.
