Voluntary — Voluntary reporting via MyWSBA.org during annual license renewal. Pro Bono Publico Honor Roll for 50+ hours reported non-anonymously.

CLE Credit for Pro Bono

1 credit per 1 hour (max 6 credits per year)

CLE Notes

Must be through a QLSP (Qualified Legal Service Provider) per APR 1(e)(8). Credits do NOT count toward ethics or law & legal procedure minimums. Governed by APR 11(e)(7).

Eligible Case Types

Legal services to those unable to pay; civil legal matters for low-income individuals; organizations serving disadvantaged populations.

Additional Notes

Washington aspires to 30 hours (not the ABA standard 50).
