CLE Notes

Pro Bono Mentor CLE program: up to 5 MCLE credits (including 1 ethics) for mentoring on a pro bono case through an approved program. Also: 2 of 15 annual MCLE hours can be self-study/pro-bono.

Persons unable to pay; modeled on ABA Model Rule. Enforcement through discipline is explicitly disclaimed.
