Max 5 CLE credits per compliance year. Pro bono credits may NOT be carried over. Must be through MCLE-accredited pro bono organization. Per Rule 18-204(C)(1) NMRA.

Eligible Case Types

Persons of limited means; legal services for the poor; charitable, civic, community, governmental, educational organizations.

Additional Notes

Unique hybrid: service is aspirational but reporting is mandatory.
