Must be assigned by a court, bar association, or legal services/pro bono organization. Requires Application for CLE Credit for Pro Bono Representation.

Eligible Case Types

Persons unable to pay; legal services without fee or expectation of fee. Services for which uncollected fees exist do NOT qualify.
