Effective October 1, 2019: This policy supplements our general privacy policy with Nevada-specific rights and protections under the SB 220.
Nevada's privacy law (SB 220) was one of the first in the nation, providing residents with the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information. While more limited than some newer state laws, it provides important baseline protections.
As a Nevada resident, you have 7 fundamental privacy rights under the SB 220,
You have the right to know what personal data we collect, how we use it, and to receive a copy of your data.
You can request that we correct inaccurate personal data about you, taking into account the nature and purposes of processing.
You can request that we delete personal data we have collected about you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
