Effective January 1, 2026, this policy supplements our general privacy policy with North Carolina-specific rights and protections.
The North Carolina Consumer Privacy Act provides North Carolina residents with comprehensive rights regarding their personal data. This law applies to businesses that conduct business in North Carolina or produce products or services targeted to North Carolina residents.
As a North Carolina resident, you have fundamental privacy rights under the NCCPA, plus a 45-day cure period for enforcement and detailed response procedures.
