1. Service Description - Minnesota Compliance
FlowLegalPartners operates as a legal referral marketplace connecting Minnesota consumers with licensed Minnesota attorneys. Our service complies with Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct regarding attorney advertising and referral services.
Minnesota-Specific Disclosures:
- All attorneys in our Minnesota network are licensed to practice law in Minnesota
- We verify Minnesota bar admissions before including attorneys in our network
- Referral fees paid by attorneys are disclosed and do not affect case outcomes
- You have the right to contact attorneys directly without using our service
2. Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act (MCDPA) Rights
Effective July 31, 2025, Minnesota residents have enhanced privacy rights under the MCDPA. These rights include:

3. Minnesota Attorney Referral Service Regulations
Under Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct, specifically Rule 7.3 regarding attorney referral services:
Required Disclosures:
- Attorneys in our network pay referral fees to participate
- These fees do not influence our matching algorithms or recommendations
- You may contact attorneys directly without using our referral service
- We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or attorney performance
- All attorneys are independently licensed and insured professionals
Your Rights as a Minnesota Consumer:
- Right to know the referral fee structure
- Right to contact the Minnesota State Bar Association for attorney verification
- Right to file complaints about attorney conduct with the Minnesota Board of Professional Responsibility
- Right to seek second opinions from other attorneys
4. Minnesota Consumer Protection Laws
Minnesota Prevention of Consumer Fraud Act:
Our services comply with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 325F. We commit to:

- Understanding that calls may include automated/prerecorded messages
- Agreement that consent is not required to purchase any goods or services
- Knowledge that message and data rates may apply
Minnesota Consumer Rights:
- You may revoke consent at any time by replying "STOP" to texts
- You may unsubscribe from emails using provided links
- You may request removal from calling lists
- Attorneys must honor your communication preferences
- You may file complaints about unwanted communications with the Minnesota Attorney General
6. Dispute Resolution - Minnesota Law
Governing Law:
These terms are governed by Minnesota state law and applicable federal law. Minnesota courts have jurisdiction over disputes involving Minnesota residents.
